God Didn’t Lie To Us
It’s rare isn’t it when someone actually keeps a promise made?
Is there anything more thrilling, more worth weeping for joy than God keeping His promise and sending us the Savior?
- No, there is nothing.
God Came For Us
Yes, Jesus will die, rise from death, and ascend to the heaven He came from.
Yes, Jesus will physically return … we have this brief lifetime to prepare for that return.
Yes, this is another cause to bow and weep for joy.
God Is Here For Us
But all of what’s ahead for us begins with the birth of Jesus.
I am rejoicing in gratitude for this treasured gift.
Daily I have a chance to enjoy His presence that shines truth into my darkness.
I bow in gratitude to the King of kings and the Lord of lords.
There is no one who compares with Christ.
Jesus stands alone as the dominant, most-perfect human being to ever live through the misery of the depravity, the mess we have caused.
My gratitude floods my eyes with tears of joy for what His life means to my present and future.
This is a big event.
God is with us.
May we grasp this significance and be humbled by it. And may we bow in gratitude to the Sovereign of all that is visible and invisible.
